The late nineteenth century house was transformed into a unique home and workspace

Rolf Bruggink, in collaboration with Niek Wagemans, has lately finalized the transformation of the late nineteenth century coach house into a very special home and workspace in Utrecht, the Netherlands, by utilizing unwanted materials of demolished office building which was next to the coach house.
The then-coach house was originally constructed in 1895 in the back garden of a noble’s home.
The ground floor is a sculptural living space housing a kitchen, toilet, and technical space. Upstairs, there are shower room, bedroom, walk-in closet and an office with bath. We can also see art pieces positioned in different places.
