Working with many photographers and serves many clients, the Makerie Studio, founded and run by Julie Wilkinson and Joyanne Horscroft, designs and creates showpieces for window installations, advertising, editorials and private collectors.

Photographed by Melvyn Vincent, these lovely birds are lively and well displayed to grab the attention of visitors for the project.

Julie and Joy are inspired by forgotten worlds, rare prints and the beauty of details, creating three dimensional showpieces with uniquely developed techniques, precision and passion.

Born in 1988, the São Paulo-based artist L7m (we mentioned once here) liked to paint in deserted places and he entered the world of art with whole his heart and all of his feelings are focused on street art, where he merges graffiti with abstract art and nature. 

His first love was Rayonism, a style of abstract art coming from Russia in 1911. Some of its representatives were Mikhail Larionov and Natalia Goncharova known depicting the dynamic character of early 20th century life. Other artistic influences on L7m are Modigliani, Van Gogh, Caravaggio, Picasso, John James Audubon and Mark Rothko.

The Russian photography specialist, Elena Kalis, (we mentioned once here), spends most time in water and with her camera to shoot the planned and spontaneous photos underwater. She likes how different things and people look underwater, movements are graceful and free and it has a dreamlike quality that is difficult to achieve on land.

Technically and skillfully, she shot with Cannon 5D Mark II, 24,28,50mm Canon lens with red underwater color correction filter. She also used snorkel, scuba and compressor.

Normally, she did not use strobes while she was taking these photos but she was shooting on sunny days and near water surface or ocean.

Talking about stunning artworks, we directly mention the German artist Lake Oner who loves to travel around the world, then creates his wonderful piece. He is considered as an active artist because he is a passionate mountain climber and traveler and manages to combine his travels for both art and nature.

DOURONE is one of the renowned artists who earned his reputation relating to artwork or murals due to his unique style with your first glance. He had a strong passion in art since his childhood and he began his first life in artwork when he was 14.

Most of his art pieces are dreamlike, combined with symbol and represented the humanity. All curves which were drawn and painted by DOURONE are the borders which create his art achievements with profound sentiment. Those curves formed elegant faces, especially for women, which were based on dreamlike decoration; sometimes, they are clear and dark that are indicated with positive symbols (+), infinity (∞) and humanity.
