Admirably, Bozic is a self-taught artist currently living and working in her cottage under the redwood trees in Marin, CA. She devoted most of her time in life to observe the intricacies of nature. 

She claimed on her own website that her work composes with the traditional air of tightly rendered nature illustrations but with a great emotional range of surreal metaphorical themes.

She likes showing her paintings and sketches with her vision of life’s struggles and triumphs which mostly autobiographical. 

She has had several solo exhibitions featuring her large-scale paintings and installations. Her work has also been included in numerous group shows across the country, and spoken at international events. She was also the first ‘Artist in Residency’ whereby she collaborated with the California Academy of Sciences, to create the “From the Depths” exhibit on the public floor of the museum, November 2007.
