According to an article on designboom, after the analyzing traditional church architecture, architects of invention found a similarity with their horizontal layout despite having tall ceilings and the building itself being tall. As a result, the envelope of the angular construction features structural skeleton displaying a fractal pattern. This distinctive feature emphasizes the verticality, while creating a play of light in the internal spaces.
The building will be renovated by using natural materials such as wood and concrete. Specifically, the redesigned church would serve as a peaceful space for religious ceremonies, and an accessible venue to the community for both during the daytime and night-time, all the while reflecting the industrial past of the site.
