Lisa Ericson is an artist, based in Portland, Oregon, who tends to concentrate on hybrids in nature as key element of her artwork. Her main study was painting at Yale and she decided to exploit her career in illustration and graphic design. 

In her painting, she involved her incredible technical skill, a sound understanding of design theory and a vibrant imagination.

In 2013, she was invited to partake in Unnatural Histories II, a group show at Antler Gallery. The piece she contributed to that show was “Sentry”, it was the first original painting she’d made in a number of years and re-ignited her passion for making analog art, according to antlerpdx, a website which some of artists' work can be seen for a sale.
