Laisné roussel, in collaboration with team members, has designed the open-concept, bio-climatic office building with a beautiful green-layered outer façade for the client, Pitch Promotion. This project is emerged from the idea of flexibility of working areas and the building is environmentally designed as a part of eco-conscious approach.

This eco-conscious approach not only creates healthful office space and frees up the more trafficked areas, but also lets the architects incorporate lush green space throughout the building.

“This new office building concept draws inspiration from the Mediterranean climate and local lifestyles so as to set the tone for a new quality of life at work. The office becomes a meeting place, a forum with a collegial atmosphere; it lends itself to more collaborative ways of working,” said Christian Tordo, President of the Éco-Vallée EPA board (via inhabitat).
