October 26, 2016

It was previously known as printing loft building in NoHo and now it has been transformed into 20 condominium and mansion residences arranged around an open courtyard landscaped by Ken Smith.
Designer needs to restore the façade with its original condition, with the consent from the New York Landmarks Preservation Commission, and a pediment atop the building built from historic drawings and photographs.
Bedrooms in those residences were designed between two and four only, and the original features of building need maintaining, such as barrel-vaulted brick ceilings and broken-arched windows.
This building is also included certain pieces of equipment to make life easier such as: a library, fitness gym, and children’s play room.
