Taking inspiration and imagination from the 19th century novels, the Australian illustrator Monica Rohan utilized her decorative graphics to depict her sensitivities by swamping her girls in ocean of floral textiles. They also emphasize the artist’s flair for realism in the way that Rohan paints her figures capturing the world of nature.
Monica Rohan graduated from Griffith University in 2011, Bachelor of Fine Art with Honors (1st Class) QCA. She completed her course in 2011 but she had several group exhibitions before that time. Remarkably, she also had two solo exhibitions in 2011 and 2012.
